The New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel extract is a source of high grade Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) of which Glucosamine is a precursor. It also contains small amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and 18 vital L-amino acids, all of which help to lubricate the joints and promote joint flexibility and health.
