Wedderspoon is one of the UK Manuka Honey brands that is fully compliant with the New Zealand Government new Manuka scientific definition introduced in February 2018, more commonly known as the Manuka5 certification.  All their honey and honey products are either Monofloral Manuka Honey or Multifloral Manuka Honey.  The KFactor rating system also confirms the concentration of Manuka pollen with the Manuka Honey – a part of the new Manuka5 test, but an element that is not tested by other private label systems including Active, UMF or MGO manuka honey.

All Wedderspoon’s Manuka honey is RAW; unlike other Manuka Honey brands, it is not heated over the working temperature of a bee hive, which allows it to retain the most of its natural enzymes and amino acids, just as nature intended.
