Rosehip is commonly used to help reduce the chronic pain associated with Joint conditions and deterioration in Osteoarthritis. It is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin C. In recent clinical research from Sweden (May 2008), Rosehip has been more effective on Joint pain than Paracetamol.
